Make it simple, easy and fun.

I’m a fan of KISS principles. I really like the idea that my blog is a set of static files. I found other alternatives (like Joomla, Wordpress, etc.) heavy-weight for a simple blog content.

So when I learned about Jekyll, it seemed like a great alternative. Right now I’m writing this content in Markdown using Sublime Text 3 and hosted on GitHub Pages using Poole as a foundational setup for my Jekyll site.
